PromptStudio is operated by promtee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order, or contact promtee support through the Service and we will assist you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges are made.
